Three years ago, during a terrible drought in her area of Kenya, Tabita became a malnourished baby. But thanks to the help of CAFOD supporters, her mum, Rose was able to bring her back to health.
This Lent we're asking you to get involved, to help us make sure other children like Tabita get their share of the world's abundance. Can you go hungry for a child like Tabita?
Here's everything you need to get your parish or community involved this Lent.
