Lee Valley Country Park

Get on your bike to fight poverty this June at this fantastic family event!

Choose between two routes through the scenic Lee Valley Country Park:

  • an 18 mile return route commencing from Ponders End Lock
  • a 10 mile return route beginning in Cheshunt.

Both routes follow the wide, flat towpaths alongside the River Lea, and meet in Broxbourne around lunchtime, where you're welcome to a community picnic.

Pedal Against Poverty is suitable for all ages, but riders under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.  All riders must wear safety helmets.
