This month, 68-year-old Fred Uttley is cycling around all 22 dioceses of England and Wales for CAFOD.

The volunteer from Salford diocese will cycle more than 1,000 miles between Catholic churches and cathedrals around England and Wales, raising money to support small-scale farmers in Rajshahi, Bangladesh and raising awareness of CAFOD's Hungry for Change campaign. See Fred talk about his amazing challenge here.

Fred is Hungry for Change this June:
Show solidarity with Fred's fight against hunger by joining our Hungry for change campaign and attending our G8 rally. The action you take will pressure the government to give more power to small-scale farmers worldwide and tackle the reasons why people go hungry.

With thanks to 3 Peaks Cycles, who generously provided Fred's bike for his challenge.
