A national position of Finance & Administration Manager has been established and will be based in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
Job role
The post holder will help ensure strong financial management and administration within the Freetown CAFOD office and in CAFOD and donor funded programmes across the sub region, in accordance with our standards and procedures. The maintenance of an effective audit and financial control environment is a pivotal part of this key position. With it will come both line management responsibility, along with the responsibility to develop and maintain appropriate programme accounting systems and procedures.
Your profile
This position would suit a finance professional in possession of a recognised accounting qualification, auditing skills, analytical aptitude, regulatory insight and a clear idea about methods of improving financial processes and practices in NGOs.
