Job profile
This is a 1 year fixed term opportunity with responsibility for recruiting and managing volunteers and line managing Northampton’s CAFOD Diocesan Officer; managing and developing a wide range of strategic relationships; representing and promoting CAFOD locally and delivering CAFOD's plan.
Job role
The post is based in the CAFOD Northampton office within a Catholic primary school and reports to the Head of Region East. The post holder works closely with colleagues in neighbouring dioceses as well as those from other dioceses across England and Wales and other teams within CAFOD.
Your profile
You will be actively involved in the Catholic community, have experience of developing and delivering strategic plans, be skilled in managing positive relationships, have experience of working with volunteers and have excellent communication skills. In accordance with our Child Protection Policy, you will be required to provide a DBS disclosure. The post involves some evening and weekend work.
