Job profile
You will work within our Direct Marketing & Legacies Section which is key to CAFOD’s work. We encourage individuals in the Catholic community to share their wealth as a way of living their faith, raising over £17 million a year to help overcome poverty and injustice.
Job role
You will be responsible for delivering and evaluating a range of fundraising projects covering both donor recruitment and donor development, across on and offline channels. You will have a special focus on regular giving as we look to develop new products to help us significantly grow this vital income stream and further improve the experience we offer our supporters.
Your profile
- You will be an experienced marketer with outstanding project management skills. You’ll be able to plan and prioritise a heavy workload in order to achieve targets and deadlines.
- You’ll have proven creative flair and judgment which can deliver inspiring communications to our supporters, through a range of media.
- You will bring a strong analytical approach to the role. You’ll be comfortable with data and be able to evaluate both campaign performance and findings from research in order to make recommendations for future work.
- You will be self-motivated, and have a flexible, enthusiastic approach. You’ll have excellent written and verbal skills with an ability to build rapport and collaborate with others.
