Resources, speakers and further info

Can I order materials to help with my homework?

The best place to start looking for materials to help with your homework is by visiting our Homework Helper

Are there materials teachers can use in the classroom?

We have many are downloadable resources for Primary and Secondary/Post-16 school teachers. You can also order printed materials (many of which are free) online.

For any other enquiries, please e-mail schools@cafod.org.uk

How about resources other than school materials?

Campaigning materials to order and download are available, as are fundraising materials , and resources for youth leaders .

You may also be interested in our worship materials , such as prayers and liturgies, and our policy & research papers , giving you more in-depth information about our work.

How much do CAFOD's resources cost to make?

CAFOD provides a great deal of resources for free for parishes, schools and community groups in order to enable all its supporters, regardless of income, to get involved in CAFOD's work.

These free resources also form a vital part of CAFOD's goal to raise public awareness of the causes of poverty and to campaign for change.

We are happy to provide the materials for free, however we would of course welcome any donations you feel able to give to pay for them.

Unfortunately given the wide range of resources, it is not possible to give a breakdown of costs for each item.

How can I reduce the amount of leaflets CAFOD sends me?

CAFOD tries to avoid sending supporters too many mailings. However, if you are receiving duplicate mailings or literature from CAFOD which is unwanted, please contact CAFOD on 020 7733 7900 and ask for Supporter Services or email your request to cafod@cafod.org.uk .

Alternatively, if you sign up for one of e-newsletters , you can be kept up to date with various aspects of our work and latest materials by email instead - this also helps us keep costs down.

Can someone from CAFOD visit my school/parish?

CAFOD can provide speakers, youth workers or educational staff to visit your school or parish. If you would like to find out more, contact your local CAFOD office .
