We are currently recruiting a HIV&AIDS Programme Officer for our office in Juba.
You will provide technical oversight and coordination of programme activities while strengthening the capacity of implementing partners (faith-based and secular NGOs/CBOs) in developing HIV&AIDS awareness community based response initiatives using “participatory methodologies” to increase risk perceptions among targeted vulnerable groups in the general public. You will be responsible in building partners' thematic capacity through close accompaniment and facilitation of training in the use of participatory HIV&AIDS methodologies for effective risk-reduction strategies. The postholder will also promote CAFOD’s HIV Programming Framework, which sets out core principles for all programmes and specifies criteria for care, prevention and advocacy initiatives.
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate in-depth understanding of HIV and AIDS in development and humanitarian contexts and has an understanding of the importance of gender and diversity in humanitarian and development work. You will work with and build the capacity of local partner organisations as well as identify opportunities to collaborate with other agencies (local partners, UN agencies, CIDSE – Caritas agencies, etc.). You should work effectively using programme cycle management tools and demonstrate an understanding of assessment and monitoring methodologies and tools.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Programme Support Officer - Monitoring & Evaluation. Your main responsibilities will be:
- To review and analyse M&E data from partners
- To strengthen capacity of partners to use the M&E framework and tools
- To develop and/or revise programme monitoring and evaluation tools
- To assist in the delivery of external evaluations and baseline assessments
- To support internal and external communications
- To keep up to date with new developments and best practices in M&E

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience working in the M&E field and should be able to demonstrate strong analytical and documentation skills as well as proven experience at working in partnership.

We are currently recruiting a Field Coordinator for the NCA Darfur Programme on behalf of Norwegian Church Aid (NCA).
The Field Coordinator will provide coordination and management to the NCA Darfur Programme operations and ensure effective implementation of all administration, finance, personnel, security and logistics activities in the Zalingei and Garsila Field Offices in Central Darfur. The Field Coordinator ensures the implementation of the programme activities from an operations perspective, both NCA implemented projects and those implemented by national partner organisations.
We are looking for an experienced humanitarian manager with a proven track record of managing high quality humanitarian programmes in complex emergency interventions and insecure environments.We expect you to be educated to degree level in Administration, Social Sciences, Management, Development Studies, International Studies, or have equivalent relevant work experience.You should also have proven experience in general management and administration of multi-sectoral programmes (program, personnel, vehicles, finance, security and logistics).
