Bolivia
CAFOD has been present in Bolivia for more than twenty years.
We support development programmes with rural and urban communities, mainly in the western departments of Potosí, La Paz and Oruro.
We work through eight partners, including grassroots farmers' organisations and a climate change advocacy platform.
Since February 2008, CAFOD has had a permanent staff presence in Bolivia and shares office premises in the capital city of La Paz with two sister agencies, Christian Aid and Trócaire.
in 2010/2011 CAFOD spent £265,786 in Bolivia, on rural livelihoods projects and climate change advocacy.
