Autumn statement: CAFOD and Caritas responds
Chancellor George Osborne’s Autumn statement was announced today. In response to the Chancellor’s announcement, Caritas Social Action Network (CSAN) and CAFOD have released a joint statement, saying a consistent approach is needed to protecting people in poverty both in the UK and overseas from a recession they did not create.
