CAFOD 2012 PPA Independent Progress Review
The Programme Partnership Arrangement (PPA) is a strategic funding agreement between CAFOD and the UK government Department for International Development (DFID). In 2012, CAFOD commissioned an independent review of its PPA agreement with DFID. This report captures the main challenges, achievements and learning with a particular focus on our partners work on Livelihoods, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change, HIV and AIDS, Accountability and Policy and CAFOD’s Development Education and Youth leadership work.
