Changing the world does not happen overnight - but it is amazing what a little help can do. In just two years, life has turned around for the family of Sophan (pictured).

Before, their harvest was meagre and they struggled to put food on the table. Now her father Hean is the proud owner of a thriving fruit and vegetable garden.
