Improving job prospects

Integrated Holistic approach (IHA) is helping communities in the slums of the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa to improve their job prospects through skills and business training, and credit and savings schemes to provide the cash to set up small businesses.

IHA also provides literacy and formal education and recreational facilities for underprivileged young people.
