Two recipes for delicious chocolates using vanilla biscuits, pecans and peanuts, provided by Rosa Mulatillo (pictured with her family)

Peruvian Chocolates - Recipe 1

You will need:

Prunes

Pecan nuts

Condensed milk

Chocolate

Put a pecan nut inside each prune, dip in condensed milk and coat with melted chocolate. Place in the fridge until the chocolate has set.

Peruvian Chocolates – Recipe 2

You will need:

Vanilla biscuits

Peanuts

Pecans

Condensed milk

Chocolate

Grind the peanuts, pecans and biscuits. Use condensed milk to bind them together. Roll the mixture into balls and cover with melted chocolate. Place in the fridge to cool.
