Getting sponsored is easy. You can create a Just Giving page - a simple online page to collect donations and gift aid from friends and family, or alternatively download a sponsorship form and collect sponsors in person.
And if you are getting sponsored for CAFOD, don't forget to ask at work about matched giving ! Ask your workplace to match your fundraising. If your company doesn't have a scheme like this, ask them to set one up!
