Fundraising events come in all shapes and sizes, so there’s something for everybody. And it doesn’t have to be hard work!

Whether you are part of a school, a youth group, or a parish, organising events to raise money can be a fun way to support our work, while learning more about the world we live in at the same time.

You could turn a sociable occasion such as a coffee morning or a book club meeting into a fundraiser.

Or how about transforming a hobby into something more meaningful?

The money raised from a sponsored swim or a marathon bridge session will help CAFOD to tackle poverty and change lives.

There is a whole range of creative and fun ways in which you can raise money. Here are some ideas to help get you started.
