Join CAFOD supporters from the Diocese of Westminster in cycling through the beautiful Lee Valley Country Park on June 1 to raise money for some of the poorest communities in Africa
The cyclists will be pedalling along a 18-mile route following the River Lee, and all sponsorship money collected will go towards CAFOD’s Focus Africa fundraising scheme.
If you would like to join the Pedal Against Poverty, you can choose to cycle either ten or 18 miles along the River Lee and through surrounding pretty parkland between Ponders End and Broxbourne.
This is a gentle off-road ride along well-marked paths and there will also be a chance to meet and share a picnic with other CAFOD supporters.
Families are very welcome but riders aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
