2006 'New Technology Workers': report on working conditions in the Mexican electronics industry, showing both improvements and areas of continuing concern in the campaign to improve labour rights. English version (October 2006)

The "Clean up your Computer" report, published by CAFOD early in 2004, showed the inhuman conditions faced by many workers in developing countries like Mexico, China and Thailand.
This report continues the work started by CAFOD's research; which included a section on Mexico and, in that sense, it intends to try and improve working conditions for workers in the electronics industry. It provides a study of changes that have been made to date and highlights the need for further action (August 2006)
