Unearth Justice

Policy reports to support CAFOD's Unearth Justice campaign, plus information for pension funds responding to the campaign

CAFOD and Fairpensions are asking pension funds to let us know what steps are being taken to ensure that mining companies in their portfolio are assessing and addressing the issues and risks identified in the briefings below (or to ensure that fund managers are dealing with these risks on the funds’ behalf).

Many pension funds will not have had occasion to discuss these specific issues with mining companies or fund managers, so we have provided an example enquiry letter to send to fund managers.
