Cyclone: Church aid gets through

Local Catholic church partners of Caritas Internationalis have begun delivering aid to the people of Myanmar following the devastation caused by Cyclone Nargis.

 

Partners are providing food and other aid items to 10,000 people in Yangon and Irrawaddy, with numbers expected to rise to 40,000.
