Romero
Secondary school materials: Archbishop Oscar Romero was assassinated on March 24, 1980 because his commitment to those living in poverty led him to speak out against injustice. He is remembered for his courage, his faith and his love for the poor, and his teachings inspire our work.
These film clips tell the story of his life and CAFOD's work in El Salvador today. All clips are in Spanish with optional English subtitles, for use by RE and Spanish teachers. Related resources are below the video wall.
You can find more video walls, including one in French, at SCIAF's youth page .
