Cycle challenge: Paris to Geneva

Get on your bike and help raise money for CAFOD
Get on your bike and help raise money for CAFOD

Tackle hairpin bends and mountainous climbs in this exhilarating cycling challenge linking the two classic cities of Paris and Geneva.

A thrilling cycling challenge with a fabulous Tour de France climb in the beautiful Jura Mountains - all while helping CAFOD's race against poverty.

The route takes you south-east from Paris, crossing rolling chalk hills, quiet woodland and rural plateaus, dotted with small medieval towns and Romanesque churches.

Cycle through the famous vineyard regions of Champagne and Burgundy before, skirting Dijon, you head on to the foot of the Jura.

By now, your legs will be well-prepared for the hairpin bends of the Col de la Faucille (1232m), your gateway into Switzerland. The finishing point is by Lake Leman in beautiful Geneva.
