Thank you to all of you who have taken action as part of the Sudan Peace campaign. Many of you have sent letters to your MPs asking them to hold the UK government to account in ensuring long term peace and development in Sudan and South Sudan.

Over 500 of you have written messages of solidarity and prayers for the Sudanese people. We have now delivered your messages to the Sudan Catholic Bishops' Conference and will keep you posted on their response.

Thank you for taking action.

We know that the road to prosperity is a long one and that many challenges lie ahead. Please continue to pray for a peaceful and prosperous future for both Sudan and South Sudan.

"For I know well the plans I have in mind for you", says the Lord. "Plans for your welfare, not for woe! Plans to give you a future full of hope." Jeremiah 29:11
