As the Community Participation Coordinator for Middlesbrough diocese, I recruit, train and manage volunteers who share our work in churches and schools. Our work is varied and interesting. I enjoy meeting new people, learning about our partners and their work overseas and taking part in our campaign activities. That it is faith-based is wonderful. I hope it brings about changes in the lives of the poorest people in our world.
