New Hall students raise over £3000 for Haiti

Students at New Hall School, Chelmsford, have been very busy for the past week raising funds for CAFOD to support the Haiti Earthquake Appeal.
At both Senior and Preparatory School assemblies, Sean O’Leary, CAFOD Schools Volunteer, collected cheques which totalled over £3000.

Haiti Earthquake – supporters in Brentwood diocese raise over £100,000
To date, supporters in Brentwood have sent over £100,000 to CAFOD. We are also aware that many parishes and schools are collecting on an on-going basis. This is an amazing response and we thank every one of you who has donated to this emergency.
The total raised by CAFOD is over £2,600,000 – thank you!
